Preserved flowers are inherently unique, their colours, shape and sizes may naturally vary.

Please note that the product you receive may not precisely replicate the images showcased on our website as each bouquet is hand crafted and wrapped to order.

Order Confirmation

To confirm your order, a 50% deposit is required. Do note that deposits are non-refundable and orders will not be processed until deposit is received.

Exchange and Refunds

We do not provide exchange or refunds once the order is complete.

However, in the event that you are not satisfied with the products received, please contact us through our ig @shu.florals within 24 hours of receiving your order.
